Egakov Vladimir artist
Born in 1975 in the city of St. Petersburg. In 1997 he graduated from the Art College named after N.K. Roerich and received the qualification of an artist-teacher. In 2003 he graduated from the Institute of art, sculpture and architecture named after I.E. Repin and was awarded the diploma "Best Graduate of the Year." In 2004 he became a member of the Union of Artists of Russia and was invited to the post of teacher at the Institute named after I.E. Repin. The artist's works are in private collections in Russia and abroad: in the USA, Germany, China, Holland, France. The main theme of his works are portraits. Dmitry chooses contrasting and sensual colors, making confident and powerful swabs. The image of a woman in the artist's works remains both captivating and mysterious to the viewer. The compositions of his works become more elegant thanks to the vivid color scheme. His works resemble paintings of the early impressionists.
